Join us for an evening of connection and reflection at our upcoming Cacao Ceremony and Journey Meditation.

My dear friend Kelsey from Diamond Ray Healing Arts LLC will be joining me in my home at The Four Cedars to lead us in the meditative journey.

This gathering is all about slowing down, savoring the tradition of cacao, and letting its heart-opening qualities guide us. Together, we’ll sip on warm cacao, allowing its essence to gently ground and awaken us to the energies around us and within us.

The meditation will take us on a journey inward, inviting you to explore the deeper layers of your being and perhaps uncover a bit of wisdom that’s ready to be seen. We’ll begin with a few mindfulness exercises, setting our intentions for the month ahead before getting cozy and sinking into the meditation.

Join us for a relaxing sound bath healing event led by Kelsey from Diamond Ray Healing Arts LLC, held at my home The Four Cedars. We'll start with calming aromatherapy to set a peaceful mood, followed by a 15-minute meditation to help you feel grounded and centered. Then, Kelsey will guide you through a soothing sound bath to help you relax, heal, and restore balance.

After the session, take your time to wake up slowly, mingle, and enjoy an organic snack, along with a selection of teas from our tea bar. For extra comfort, anti-gravity chairs will be available, and feel free to bring personal items like a pillow, blanket, or eye mask.

Doors open at 6:30 for you to settle in, and we start promptly at 7:00 PM.
