This New Year's Day yoga class is designed to gently awaken your body, create space for reflection, and help you set a grounded tone for the year ahead.

We'll begin with an energizing yet accessible flow to ignite movement and breath, release stagnant energy, and reconnect you to your strength. From there, we'll slow down to reflect, weaving in mindful pauses and moments of stillness to honor what the past year has taught you. We'll close whith restorative postures and guided intention-setting to reset your nervous system and step into the new year feeling clear, centered, and renewed.

No resolutions-just presence, purpose, and a fresh start.

TYB would like to extend a warm welcome to Alexandra Leurck!!

Alexandra received her RYT200 from Tree of India School of Yoga through Oxford Community Yoga.

She teaches a wide variety of classes grounded in tradition and thoughtfully incorporates meditation, Pranayama, and Yoga philosophy.

Alexandra aims to provide a space that invites students to connect with their internal world and offer kindness to their body and mind through rest, challenge, and mindfulness.

She is also a theatre and dance artist who hopes to ignite feelings of empowerment, self-discovery, healing, and zest through her creative and wellness practices.
