How did we get so lucky to have beautiful weather every single yoga class this summer! 💛
Another great class amongst the vineyards at Bucks Valley Winery. 🍷 And it was nice and hot for us, but you can’t complain with the amazing view☺️

✨Do you know what triggers your anxiety?

As I post this late Sunday night I’m already not being as disciplined as I need to be with my 1st trigger!🤦🏼‍♀️
