✨ All Massage Butters Are Back in Stock! ✨

There’s something special about bringing all these blends back to the table—each one made with intention, purpose, and care.

🧈 Original Mango Butter
Our classic. Simple, nourishing, and grounding to the skin. Unscented.

🌿 Aloe + Myrrh (updated)
Made with shea butter infused with aloe + (now) mango butter, finished with Myrrh essential oil at a gentle 0.85% dilution.
Soft, restorative, and deeply calming.

✨ Frankincense + Copaiba (elevated)
Now created with a frankincense synergy blend—five different Frankincense resins in one.
Grounding, sacred, and rich in depth.

🌹 Spikenard + Rose
Toned down in aroma, but still a beautiful devotional blend—quiet, soft, and heart-centered.

💧 Body Oils Are Here

☀️ Sunlit Sanctuary
Carrot seed carrier oil + jojoba with frankincense synergy, cedarwood, and sweet orange.
Warm, radiant, and uplifting.

🌿 Bright Ground
Grapeseed + squalane with frankincense serrata, lemon, bergamot, and copaiba.
Light, fresh, and clarifying.

All this extra work matters because what touches your skin matters… and you can feel the difference.

I’ve been becoming more and more interested in how different carrier oils and butters actually work on the skin—how they absorb, how they hold, how they move, how they nourish.

These textures create another tactile cue for the nervous system to relax:
• more grip for deeper, intentional work
• more glide for soothing, flowing relaxation

But the most important part?

You notice.
You request these massage mediums because you feel the difference.

The difference between something intentionally made… and something commercially made.

Between what God created… and what man manufactured. 🌿

🌿 The Role of Essential Oils in the Massage Room 🌿

One of the ways I like to deepen the massage experience is through the use of essential oils—not just for how they smell, but for how they work within the body.

Essential oils are derived from different parts of the plant—leaves, flowers, bark, and resins—each carrying unique plant compounds that can support the body in very real, therapeutic ways. From calming the nervous system to easing tension and supporting emotional balance, these natural elements offer more than just aroma… they offer a response.

What makes this even more powerful is how scent interacts with the body.

When you inhale an essential oil, it travels directly to the limbic system—the part of the brain responsible for emotion, memory, and the stress response. This is why certain scents can instantly bring a sense of calm, safety, or even release… without needing to think about it.

I started offering my curated blends at the beginning of the massage session.
There’s no explanation at first—just breath.

You take a moment, inhale each one, and simply notice what your body responds to. More often than not, the body chooses exactly what it needs.

We can be reminded from Ezekiel 47:12:
“Their leaves will be for healing.”

From the plant… through the breath… into the body.

It’s a simple, but powerful part of the work—creating space for your body to receive, respond, and restore.

✨ A Year Apart, The Same Peace ✨

Almost a year ago, I was in a place of deep anxiety.

For three days straight, I kept myself busy—almost on purpose—just to stay ahead of the thoughts in my mind. I didn’t want to sit in it. I didn’t want to feel it.

But on the third day, something shifted.

For the first time, I prayed with my whole heart. Not casually, not out of routine—but fully, honestly, asking God to take the anxiety away and help me through it.

And then… while driving, I looked up and saw a single white dove/pigeon.

In that moment, I felt it:
He is here.
I’m not alone.
Everything is going to be okay.

I cried. And just like that, peace came in.

Today, almost one year later (just two months shy), I saw them again.

Not one… but four.

And while my mind has been carrying a lot again lately, that same feeling came over me—calm, steady, reassuring.

Not loud.
Not overwhelming.
Just a quiet knowing:

“You’re on the right track.”

It’s amazing how God meets us in the same places… but in new ways.

What once was a single sign in a moment of desperation,
returned as a gentle confirmation in a season of growth.

I share this with you to say that he is all around us. We just have to be available with open minds and hearts.

🤍

✨ New Diffuser Blend ✨

This blend wasn’t planned… I just grabbed three oils at home—
Egyptian geranium, Spanish lavender, and Roman chamomile.

The moment it hit the diffuser, everything shifted.

I felt calm.
Grounded.
No anxiety… just stillness.

I literally wanted to sit beside it and stay there.

Now I’ve been diffusing it in sessions—and I’m seeing the same thing:
clients settling in quicker, breathing deeper, letting go without force.

🌿 Geranium – emotional balance
🌿 Lavender – calms the nervous system
🌿 Roman Chamomile – soothes overwhelm

I named it Peace Within… because that’s exactly what it gives.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you…” — John 14:27

✨ A Season of Fullness & Transition ✨

With a grateful heart, I want to share a small update within Next Level Massage + Wellness.

At this time, I will no longer be accepting new clients FOR DEEP TISSUE. My cup is full — and I truly mean that in the most humbling and thankful way. Each of you who trusts me with your massage care, your healing, and your time… I carry that deeply. 🤍

As I continue to pour into those already established, I feel led to begin filling new cup — one that allows growth, support, and expansion within this space.

I’m grateful to have Tiffanie stepping up as part of this next chapter. She is here to welcome new clients into Next Level and help support and expedite care for established clients as well.

Tiffanie offers:
• Swedish Massage with presence
• Deep Tissue / Therapeutic Bodywork with custom pressure
• Cupping Therapy

If it has been some time since we’ve worked together you may be scheduled with Tiffanie. This allows me to stay present with those currently on my table, while still ensuring you are supported and cared for, while focusing on new therapeutic modalities to calm the nervous system for mental and emotional wellness.

If you’ve been looking to begin your wellness journey or need more flexibility in scheduling, she is a strong extension of the care and intention I hold here. 🌿

Thank you for allowing this space to grow in such an aligned and meaningful way.

🙏🏼
With gratitude always,

✨ Aloe & Myrrh — An Offering of Care ✨

Today in church, I was reminded of something that deeply moved me. What He went through for us and the care and preparation of His body after the cross.

Today’s sermon was on Luke 23 & 24 (if you want to take a look… 😉)

And as I sat with it, I realized…
Easter is having a new meaning to me as I continue growing and learning in my faith.

It brought me right back to why I created my Aloe & Myrrh Massage & Body Butter.

“Nicodemus… brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred pounds. Then they took the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen cloths with the spices…” — John 19:39–40

This moment wasn’t rushed.
It was intentional.
It was an act of honor, care, and preparation.

🌿 What this means in your session

Aloe & Myrrh is more than a massage butter.
It’s a reflection of:

• Gentle, intentional care of the body
• Being covered in peace and stillness
• A quiet moment of restoration

The aloe soothes and softens the skin, while myrrh brings a grounding, calming presence — creating space for the body to rest.

✨ Today, I was reminded…
Even in moments of sorrow, there was care.
Even in preparation, there was love.

And as my faith grows, I’m beginning to see these moments differently — not just as history, but as something deeply alive and meaningful… even in the work of my hands, and how our gifts can inspire others to know him. 😌🙏🏼

Happy Easter

✨ A Small Reminder with Eternal Meaning ✨

A client gave me this in the last week or two. I thought today was the perfect day to share it with you.

Just a nail…
But it represents so much more.

A reminder that love held Him there.
That grace was given freely.
That what was meant for suffering became the doorway to healing.

In this work, we can often be reminded that healing doesn’t just happen in the body…
It reaches deeper—into the heart, into the spirit.

And sometimes, it comes through the simplest moments—
A conversation, a presence…
Or even a small, ordinary object that carries extraordinary meaning.

“A single nail… a reminder that it was our sins that placed Him on the cross, but His love that chose to stay.”

I’ll be keeping this as a quiet reminder of what was done for us…
and the grace we’re invited to walk in daily; as I learn and walk with Him. 🙏🏼✝️

✨ Acts of Service ✨

There is something deeply meaningful about caring for another person in simple, intentional ways.

The new foot soak and foot washing service I have been working on was inspired by the heart of acts of service — offering rest, care, and renewal in a humble yet powerful way.

Soaking the feet in warm water, gently cleansing them, and preparing the body for massage may seem like a small act… but often it becomes a moment where people feel truly cared for.

To the clients that have donated their time (and feet 😊) say the experience feels surprisingly profound — almost like being served with honor rather than simply receiving a service. One client even shared that it reminded her of a “king’s washing.”

This act is about more than relaxation.
It’s about slowing down, creating space, and honoring the body through thoughtful care. And, it feels right…

From the warm epsom salt water to the oils used in your session — every detail is chosen with intention to help you feel restored in body, mind, and soul. 🌿✨

This will be available very soon! 🙌🏼

Thank you for letting me share this moment for others to see! ❤️🙏🏼✨

✨ Healing Assistance from the Earth ✨

I like to incorporate this into the work I do through massage therapy to add depth and meaningful intentions….

While therapeutic touch can help release tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system, I have highly love incorporating these beautiful little gifts that come from the earth itself.

Many of the oils and butters I use in session come directly from plants and seeds known for their nourishing and restorative qualities. Ingredients like frankincense, myrrh, copaiba, lavender, and helichrysum are valued for supporting the skin, encouraging relaxation, and helping the body settle into deeper restoration.

Alongside these essential oils, I work with rich, natural bases such as jojoba oil, and mango butter — each chosen for their ability to deeply nourish the skin, mimic the skins natural sebum- and while allowing smooth, intentional bodywork.

When these plant-based elements are combined with skilled touch and presence, they help create a space where the body can unwind, the mind can quiet, and the spirit can feel renewed.

It’s a gentle reminder that many of the tools that support our well-being were placed here for us long ago — growing from the earth itself. 🌿🕊️

Here I am mixing and experimenting with carrot root CO2 oil and pumpkin seed oil for my personal skin care routine at home.

✨ Preparation & Recovery Is Part of Training — And Massage Therapy Could Help✨

I’ve been seeing a slight increase in student athletes in my treatment room lately — and it’s truly an honor to be a part of their journey.

We often teach young athletes to:
Push harder.
Train longer.
Compete stronger.

But performance isn’t just built in practice.

It’s built in preparation… and in recovery.

At Next Level, I offer sports- therapeutic massage tailored specifically to the season and the athlete.

🔹 Pre-Event Massage
Focused, stimulating, and circulation-boosting.
Designed to warm the tissue, improve range of motion, and mentally prepare the athlete before competition.

🔹 Post-Event Massage
Slower, restorative work to support muscle recovery, decrease soreness, and calm the nervous system after intense output. Recommended 24-48 hours after the event.

And in between?
Maintenance sessions that keep the body moving well and help prevent overuse injuries in growing athletes.

Because student athletes aren’t just muscles and joints. They’re navigating school stress, performance pressure, growth spurts, and long practice schedules.

Supporting the whole athlete means:
✔️ Strengthening performance
✔️ Supporting longevity
✔️ Teaching recovery early
✔️ Calming the nervous system
✔️ Building body awareness

Recovery is not weakness.
Preparation is not optional.
They are part of the training plan.

Strong bodies.
Focused minds.
Confident athletes. 💪✨

Congratulations to Peyton as she placed 4th this past Saturday at the regional district 3 wrestling tournament. This means she earned her place in the state championship tournament in Hershey! I had the pleasure of meeting her and her father last week to work out a tight area in her shoulder causing her some discomfort during her practices. After some focused shoulder work, a notable tissue tension change was palpable, and a face of relief. (Permission to post and share by her mother) I look forward to our next session and hearing all about your success! 🙏🏼

✨ Why I Stepped Away from Pump Bottles ✨

I made a quiet but meaningful shift in my practice over the year— moving away from commercial massage lotions in plastic pump bottles and returning to hand-crafted massage butters, scooped slowly by hand.

This wasn’t about being trendy.
It was about intention.

Pump bottles encourage speed. One press, one motion, move on. But healing work — real, present, body-honoring work — isn’t meant to be rushed.

Manually scooping the butter naturally slows me down. It invites a pause. A breath. A moment to prepare.

The butter is held in ceramic vessels, not plastic. Earthy. Grounded. Reusable. Reverent.
It transforms that part of the session into a preparation, not a transaction.
An intention, not a quick service.

Because the body knows the difference, and so does the soul. 🌿

✨ A Foot Soak Rooted in Honor & Humility ✨

As requests for ionic foot baths have come in, I’ve been listening closely—not just to trends, but to the heart behind the request. And what keeps guiding me is the foundation of Next Level Massage + Wellness: intention, presence, and care that honors both body and spirit.

This offering is inspired by the biblical practice of foot washing—an act once reserved for servants, yet chosen by Jesus as a sacred expression of humility, love, and service.

Here’s how this experience unfolds:

Your feet are placed into a warm, herbal and epsome salt soak, inviting the nervous system to soften and the body to settle. From there, a gentle calf and foot prep scrub is applied, awakening circulation and preparing the tissues for deeper work.

The experience is completed with our Spikenard & Rose massage butter, intentionally chosen to honor the historical and spiritual significance of anointing—simple, pure, and reverent. Spikenard and rose, precious and costly, offered fully and without reserve.

This is not a detox promise.
This is not mechanical.

It is service.
It is presence.
It is being cared for from the ground up.

Sometimes the most profound healing doesn’t come from what we add or remove—but from being lovingly tended to, just as we are. 🤍
