Reconnections Dallas facility, after being open twelve months had its first CLEAR court graduation. Oregon Chief Justice Meagan Flynn spoke at this memorable event. The Honorable Judge Hill presided, and the couple who was reunited with their child successfully completed the treatment court program. This was a memorable event for all who attended.
