Remember to always allow healing time when you’re looking to get aesthetic treatments. Bruising and swelling are normal when you have any injectables.

Have a big birthday, wedding, or reunion coming up? Give yourself at least two weeks before the event. For weddings, I recommend you find an injector to work with at least 6 months before your big day.

As our world is filled with many questions, uncertainties and doubts of what tomorrow will look like, I know one thing is for certain… the love I have for my family.

Don’t get caught up in the fear and hatred. Don’t let one second of joy pass you by. Be grateful for what you have instead of focusing on the unknowns.
