I don’t fully understand the need to leave an undeniably harmful review to a place you have never been to. Maybe there is some validity to what she is saying in regards to “other” MedSpas but you don’t know ours.

A. I have never used a filter on ANY of our B&A’s. If you know me, you know I’m not technologically skilled enough to even know how to do that.

B. Yes before pictures require scrunching up faces. What you are not understanding is the scrunchy face is ALSO being made in the after picture. Without the wrinkles. That’s the point!

Our crew loves seeing our clients happy. Our reviews are how we know we’re accomplishing that. Ugh… I am still unsure of how to treat this entire situation. What do you guys think?
