unfortunately, the tiny, consistent shifts that support your health foundations actually do work. 😅

we know from personal experience (and helping thousands of women) that they’re the best place to start when your cycle feels like a hot mess. and if nothing changes, that’s your sign to dig deeper with labs, functional testing, or more personalized support.

so swipe, take notes, bookmark this, share with a friend and pick ONE habit to start today. you got this.🤝

btw… these tips and education are just the tip of the iceberg. there are hundreds more where that came from ().

what’s the first thing you’re gonna work on? 👀

women have never been educated on how our cycles actually work!!!

we don’t know what’s normal, what’s not, or how to support our hormones day-to-day or phase by phase. so we feel desperate, disconnected from our intuition, and convinced medication is our only option.

*to be clear* we’re not anti-conventional medicine. we’re so grateful for when we truly need it. we all personally went on hormonal birth control at one point, not even because of major health problems, but because it was what everyone told us to do. it was “the responsible choice,” the norm, the box to check to be preventative. and yet, we were given zero education about how it really worked, the possible side effects, or the long-term impacts. for us, it brought short-term relief but also came with side effects, and it never touched the root problems we didn’t even know were there. there is absolutely a time and place for medication, and some women truly need it.

but the reality is, the majority of us have never been shown another way.

your body was designed to ovulate for a reason. estrogen + progesterone play massive roles in both short- and long-term health. shutting them down might feel like relief in the moment, but it doesn’t solve the root.

what we need now more than ever is education and support. when we learn how to eat, move, rest, and live in ways that align with our cycles, we stop feeling broken… and start feeling at home in our bodies again!! ✨

were you ever put on hormonal birth control for period or cycle health issues??

save this cozy fall inspo for later 🍂 ☕️ these recipes are our personal go-tos (and honestly we could do a million posts like this 🙃).

inside our program , we’ve got cheat sheets on everything (food, movement, lifestyle tips) so you’re never left guessing what your body actually needs in each phase.

POP is packed with these kinds of tools + 19 masterclasses that teach you how to track your cycle like a pro and finally get to the root of irregular periods, PMS, missing ovulation signs, and all the “wtf is going on with my body” moments.

it’s not about overhauling your entire life. it’s about the little things, phase by phase, until it becomes second nature. (you best believeeee we’re sipping bone broth hot chocolates every menstrual phase ☕️).

reminder: POP is only available for 10 more days before we sunset it for good. final sale is live—link in bio! 🍂🍃

Lively Lane (aka Starburst) is hereeee!! 💕🌈💫

You’re everything we’ve dreamed of and more. Our hearts feel healed 😭. Holding our rainbow baby is another level of love we didn’t know was possible. Our hearts are so full, we can’t believe she’s ours!!!

The love and support from our community since our miscarriage, through our IVF journey (with my gene mutation)… through all the heartbreak, anxiety, stress, and unknowns, and these beautiful 9 months of pregnancy, has meant the world to us (I can’t even type this without crying 😭). Opening up and sharing our story on social media hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth it… It’s truly connected me to so many of you on a deeper level (forever grateful), and knowing that our journey has helped others feel less alone makes it all that much more meaningful. Thank you for being apart of this journey with us.

I’d love to share my birth story, and share more soooon but for now we’re soaking up this beautiful newborn bubble with our little love 💕. I’ll def be hopping on the stories here and there, but gonna try to take it easy for a little!

xoxo Julie and Tolin

HOT REMINDER 🔥 men & women are not hormonally the same…so why are we living like we are? 👀

men’s s*x hormones repeat the same 24-hr cycle daily

women’s s*x hormones ride an on average 28-day infradian rhythm with 4 powerful phases

this is why “one-size-fits-all” health advice doesn’t cut it anymoreeeee.

if you’ve got female biochemistry, your hormones shift all month long and so should your lifestyle to support it! ✨

seriously, if you are sick and tired of battling your own body because you don’t understand it - we’ll show you how inside of 💖

our self-paced program is currently 66% off until October 31st. last chance to join this month. link in bio. 🤝
