Yes only 4 sets were filmed 🤪

To be honest, I have not dabbled much with back squatting the last couple of years after a hip injury🦵 .

Things are feeling good and I’m trying to force myself to go slow with it because it is even difficult for coaches to pace themselves back into things even though we tell everyone else to everyday 😂 .

Don’t mind the elder emo playlist in the background 🤘

Well…to be honest that’s a bit of a longer discussion.
But for the purpose of this clip, it’s a great way to workout two different muscle groups which cuts down on rest time and can be a big time saver…

Reps in Reserve (RIR) is one of the easiest ways to train safely and effectively—especially if you don’t know your max lifts.

👉 Aim to finish most sets feeling like you could do 1–3 more reps with good form.
That’s where results happen.
