This is the sleep-wake cycle in the human body driven by an endocrine gland called the Adrenal gland. This cycle is imperative to healthy hormone function, detox, energy production and more!
Set your bedtime nightly (just like we have waking alarms, makes sense to have a bedtime alarm) within an hour range each night. Attempt 6-8 hours of quality sleep (stay posted for sleep hygiene suggestions). Track your sleep quality to learn more about your health with a phone app (as long as they run in airplane mode).
