Cupping is great for injuries, spasms, and muscle tension, especially in the shoulders, upper back and lower back. Cupping brings circulation and increases the body's natural healing response in the area.

So many things are out of our control and that can feel overwhelming. Slowing down and deepening your breath can soothe your nervous system any time.

Acupuncture, qi gong, tai chi, yoga, meditation, mindfullness, and breathing exercises all can help bring awareness to your breath, and awareness is the first step to deepening the practice.

Give yourself a few minutes to do some mindful, deeper breathing and see how it changes the way your body feels.

Sleep 😴 on this!! No really. Clary Sage is not well known but incredibly helpful for sleep, relaxation, calming the body and mind. It is a little sweet, herbaceous and smells like being outdoors in nature. Spray it on your pillow and you might find it EVEN MORE relaxing than lavender. If floral isn’t your thing, this might be. 🤩🌿
