This company is awesome. We carry many varieties of the herbal skin soothers, and another shipment with soaps, room sprays, candles and more is coming soon! So gentle on your skin, powered by high quality oils and Chinese herbal medicine.

Stop by a check it out soon!

Part of the anti-tariff stockup—here’s a big 10 lb pound of one of the herbs in our products. We bought hundreds of pounds before the tariffs took effect to prevent price increases and volatility. You won’t see us trying to scare you into buying or charging higher prices. We planned and took action. Hopefully things will settle and normalize before we run out. 🥴😜😳

Hopeful findings!

Researchers have suspected for some time that the link between our gut and brain plays a role in the development of Parkinson's disease. A recent study identified gut microbes likely to be involved and linked them with decreased riboflavin ( vitamin B2) and biotin (vitamin B7), pointing the way to a...

Many people feel the weight of stress and are living with heightened anxiety. It can feel so crushing, but what can we do? Some tips that may help you.

1. Regular acupuncture can help your body cope with stress better. Acupuncture can help bring you out of fight or flight and into a more centered nervous system. It often brings a deep sense of well-being and calmness. If you want to extend the benefits between treatments, ask for some ear seeds (acupressure beads).

2. Focus on the present. Bringing our awareness to what is happening right in the moment can help with the "what if" anxiety. Being fully present in the current moment is a gift, but also very challenging.

3. Being with nature can help us focus on the present. Noticing how the rain drops feel on your skin, what they sound like on the roof, or look like as they are dripping off the leaves. Feeling the warmth of the sun, or the structure of the ground beneath you.

4. When everything seems too much, return to the simplicity of your breath. As you breathe in and out, try to let the thoughts that come pass by you like clouds. They will show up, but you can just let them go on through and return to the rhythm of your breath. Can it be hard to do? Yes, but as with anything, practice helps you get better at this. Just try for a minute or two to start.

5. Learn something new. Take your focus away from your troubles and learn a new skill. There is so much free information at our fingertips!

If you would like to schedule an appointment for acupuncture, you can go online to our website at www.cccacupuncture.com or call/text 541-265-8455. Appointments available this week!

2025 marks the Year of the Wood Snake and is expected to be a period of bold, balanced transformation, growth and renewal.
The Snake, known for its wisdom and intuitive nature, combined with the nurturing and adaptable Wood element, suggests a year focused on personal and collective evolution. Key themes of 2025 include:

Intuition and wisdom- This year encourages people to look inward and make thoughtful decisions.

Letting go of old habits- The snake sheds its skin, so this year is a time to let go of old habits and make room for new beginnings.

Personal and professional growth- The snake's wisdom combined with the wood element's nurturing nature encourages people to strengthen their relationships and refine their long-term goals.

Creativity and innovation- The year encourages people to be creative and come up with innovative solutions.

Introspection- The year encourages people to be mindful of their actions.

As the Wood Snake guides us, the energy of the year will encourage thoughtful decisions, innovative solutions, and a balanced approach to life’s challenges. It’s a year that invites reflection, adaptability, and intentional growth.
Happy Lunar New Year, everyone!!

The flu is here (along with everything else). I have had so many cancelations this week due to illness. To be clear, I appreciate people canceling when ill. Please stay home if you are sick.

If you don't want illness to ruin your holidays, consider wearing a mask now. If you need a high-quality mask, I have many different types that I would be happy to share.
