We can’t say it often enough, getting acupuncture after surgery as soon as possible speeds up recovery and reduces pain.

Imagine if everyone got acupuncture right in the hospital just like New York Times Journalist James Reston. The treatment was so impactful, he wrote about about it in his famous article “Now, About My Operation in Peking,” published in the New York Times on July 26, 1971.

Important reminder to cherish the moment we are in. 🧘‍♀️

TLDR : I dropped the actual EMILY off at the airport this am after a lovely summer. Back to college. Too quick! I remember when she was little and we’d be having a fun day she’d exclaim, “This is the best day ever!” I never told her, but this phrase became my goal in planning days. If she said this I knew I did my job.
I mentioned it to her today on the way to the airport at 4:30 am. She didn’t remember (as she was little at the time). I reminded her as a way to point out that the PAST only exists as a thought and only when we recall it. The FUTURE only exists as a possibility or idea. It doesnt exist yet. That means that this day is always the best day ever (if you choose to see it that way) ! It’s the only one that actually exists. I hope you have the best day ever!!
