if you’ve never tried breathwork before, you’re not alone!
this isn’t about “doing it right” or having some big emotional moment. it’s simply about slowing down, breathing with intention, and giving your nervous system a chance to reset.
You’ll be guided the entire time. you can sit, lie down, take breaks, or just listen. nothing is forced, and everything is optional.
People come to breathwork for different reasons…to release stress, sleep better, feel more grounded, move through emotions, or just feel a little lighter after a long week. many leave feeling calm, clear, and surprisingly rested.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or like you could use a pause — this is a really gentle place to start.
