Since day one, Paul’s commitment has inspired everyone around him. He loves the mix of cardio and strength — and the challenges that prove he’s capable of more than he ever imagined. But his biggest ‘why’ is waiting for him at home: his kids.

Meet Yoshi from OTF South Anchorage! 🧡 When his daughter suggested he try OTF, he jumped in to stay in shape — and to stay far away from the doctor’s office as he gets older. 👏

Orangetheory Fitness Newport

Orangetheory's interval gym classes will allow you to mix up your workout to help increase endurance without getting bored. We cater to people of all ages and fitness levels while providing a fun, new way to get in shape. We are located in the heart of the Newport Pavilion in Newport, Kentucky, making it a convenient stop before picking up your kids from school or after a shopping trip.

At Orangetheory Fitness, we'll work with you to keep your heart rate up throughout our 60-minute class by alternating between three blocks of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Each block will also have its own set of exercise machines designed to work every muscle group in your body. You can track your intensity using our heart rate monitors so that you can watch your progress throughout your workout and increase your metabolic burn.

Our enthusiastic gym trainers will guide you through our high-intensity workout. They will help you push your limits, meet your long-term goals, and keep you motivated throughout the class to continue to pick up the pace. They can also modify your workout for you if you have physical limitations of any kind. You won't be left behind at Orangetheory.
