I didn’t know exactly what this work would become yet.
Just that I wanted to help people feel more at home in their bodies.

Still the same intention.
Just quieter now.

December keeps asking me to listen differently.

In my body, freedom isn’t the absence of tension—it’s the presence of sensation.
It’s the moment I pause long enough to feel where the ground meets me,
where the breath widens space,
where heat and cold coexist—like driftwood under my sit bones and a flame held inside ice.

This month, I’m letting contrast teach me:
warmth + cold, effort + ease, shape + movement, pause + pulse.
All of it belongs.

Walking through a cedar grove reminds me: every line, every twist, tells a story — even in your body. Are you ready to hear it?
