Harmony Yoga Center Yoga and Wellness Center Harmony Yoga and Wellness Center is a spacious, warm, and welcoming space, meant to greet you with unconditional acceptance and love.

There are many class levels and styles of Yoga, Strength and Conditioning, Tai Chi, and Sound Meditations to choose from, including Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. The instructors at Harmony Center have studied multiple styles of yoga and training, specializing in alignment and body mechanics. Our goal is to create a community in which you feel welcome and supported as you connect with your body, your mind, and your spirit.

HATHA YOGA WITH BECKY AT 10AM
Hatha Yoga classes provide clear, step by step instructions to the student. The poses are held longer to give the practitioner the opportunity to align their body and get a deeper opening. Find the balance between effort and ease while gaining strength and flexibility.

VINYASA & SAVASANA YOGA WITH MELISSA AT NOON
A rejuvenating yoga class that combines 30 minutes of vinyasa flow with 30 minutes of blissful Savasana. During Savasana, you will experience the healing powers of Reiki, cranial massage, and sound healing to help you relax and restore both body and mind.

WARM SLOW FLOW WITH MEGAN AT 10AM:
A vinyasa style practice with a much slower pace. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, making this a gentle yet still challenging practice. A perfect class for beginners or anyone looking to slow down for 60 minutes

WARRIOR FIT WITH BETH AT NOON:
This class is designed to target and strengthen underused muscle groups, using resistance bands, pilates balls, and light weights, to bring balance and Warrior strength to you on and off of your mat.

HOT POWER YOGA WITH MELISSA AT NOON
This class is a true Hour of Power. Heated to allow your muscles to warm up quickly, this class takes you through Vinyasa flow, with prompts for alignment and teacher assists. This practice moves at a brisk pace at the beginning and slows down at the end for a nice long savasana. Beginners or experienced yoga practitioners welcome, as many modifications are given throughout the practice.

GENTLE YOGA WITH DEBORAH AT 3PM
Gentle Yoga is a less strenuous form of yoga with skilled instruction that offers the client modifications of the postures. Learn how to stay on the softer side of your edge to release tension through the awareness of the breath.

Remember your first class is only a $5 drop in rate.

ALIGNMENT WITH BETH AT NOON
In an Alignment yoga class, you will learn how to engage and lengthen your muscles in yoga postures to find optimal alignment of your bones and joints. This style of yoga is heavily influenced by the science of kinesiology (the way your body was designed to move).

WARM VIN/YIN YOGA WITH PATTY AT 5:30pm
Heated Vin/Yin is a yoga class that blends a dynamic Vinyasa (Vin) flow to build heat and strength with slow, passive Yin Yoga stretches, with poses held longer to target connective tissues and promote relaxation. The heat from the room and the Vinyasa flow warms the body, which is then followed by deep stretches that are held for several minutes to release tension and encourage a meditative state.
