Staying active is part of daily life at Summercrest! 🧘

We offer facilitated exercise every weekday and every other weekend, plus chair yoga on weekdays with Judy Thackaberry, PT, DPT, GCS, RYT-500. Judy brings 20 years of experience as a certified geriatric physical therapy specialist, with degrees from Notre Dame College and the University of Montana.

We also focus on fall prevention with dedicated balance training every Friday.

🎃 Happy Halloween from all of us here! Our residents had a blast today, kicking off with Magician Magic of Jason Purdy Illusionist wowing a full house! 🎩✨ The kids from next door joined in with their costumes for a trick-or-treat parade that brought so many smiles. And we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day to enjoy the sunshine outside.
