Organic Kneads Massage Therapy I understand that things happen and our time is valuable, with that in mind, please make yourself familiar with my cancellation and no call no show policy.

Kindly give at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I know occasionally an urgent matter arises or an appointment is simply forgotten and a 24 hour notice isn’t possible. That’s life. However, after two last minute cancellations or no call no shows, then full payment is required for the 3rd appointment. No refunds are made on this amount.
