Very excited to announce that starting May 14th Riverwalk Center will be offering a weekly Wednesday 10 AM class entitled Strong People Stay Young! This will be for seniors, and/or those who have injuries or limitations, preventing them from doing more intense Yoga. The class will include gentle Yoga and the use of light free weights. (All repetitions can be done without weights if need be). Class fees are $6 for 65 and older, $12 for under 65, (Silver Sneakers accepted). Please feel free to message me with any questions about the class. Hope to see you there! 💟🙏🕉️

This is a non denominational get together celebrating peace through music, meditation, and satsang (gathering with like minded individuals, especially on a spiritual path). Come join us on a positive, uplifting afternoon filled with good people, good food, and Yoga music! All are welcome! Recommended donation $25-$45. No one turned away due to lack of funds.

Join Jill on Sundays at 10:30AM for a relaxing Yin Yang Yoga class.

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts that describe the two relative qualities present in everything.

This class is open to all levels. No pre-registration.

No need to bring anything. We have plenty of mats available!
