Very excited to announce that starting May 14th Riverwalk Center will be offering a weekly Wednesday 10 AM class entitled Strong People Stay Young! This will be for seniors, and/or those who have injuries or limitations, preventing them from doing more intense Yoga. The class will include gentle Yoga and the use of light free weights. (All repetitions can be done without weights if need be). Class fees are $6 for 65 and older, $12 for under 65, (Silver Sneakers accepted).
