Very excited to announce that starting May 14th Riverwalk Center will be offering a weekly Wednesday 10 AM class entitled Strong People Stay Young! This will be for seniors, and/or those who have injuries or limitations, preventing them from doing more intense Yoga. The class will include gentle Yoga and the use of light free weights. (All repetitions can be done without weights if need be). Class fees are $6 for 65 and older, $12 for under 65, (Silver Sneakers accepted). This is a non denominational get together celebrating peace through music, meditation, and satsang (gathering with like minded individuals, especially on a spiritual path). Come join us on a positive, uplifting afternoon filled with good people, good food, and Yoga music! All are welcome! Recommended donation $25-$45. No one turned away due to lack of funds.

Join Jill on Sundays at 10:30AM for a relaxing Yin Yang Yoga class.

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts that describe the two relative qualities present in everything.

This class is open to all levels. No pre-registration.
Drop-In $15
No need to bring anything. We have plenty of mats available!

We have added two new classes on Sundays. Pre-registration is required. SUP yoga will begin Monday evenings as long as the weather allows. Please contact us to pre-register for any classes that require it.

Keep an eye out for POP UP CLASSES throughout the month, and don't forget about the Farmer's market EVENT on THURSDAY JUNE 23RD located at the Riverwalk Park 3 PM - 6PM. There will be activities for children, food trucks and a concert from 5:30-6:30 from Mid Coast Ukes who will be playing selections from the Beatles and other oldies!

As always massage, facials, acupuncture & the sauna are open DAILY! Contact us to book an appointment.

**PLEASE NOTE: Classes that require pre-registration need a minimum of 5 students pre-registered for that day to be held.
