Things I do to make weight loss more gentle & doable
I always say I work with very educated people. My clients are not confused about what food is considered “healthy” or what’s considered junk food.
Instead, I have realized that for the thousands of clients I’ve worked with and myself, the challenge with sticking to better eating habits is often more about finding specific strategies to stay the course when you’re out, or how to replace the habitual pull to the fridge while watching TV at night with something else.
