A little about me:
My journey into massage therapy started long before it became my profession.
As a teenager, I dealt with scoliosis pain and sports-related injuries that often left me feeling stiff, uncomfortable, and limited in what I could do. Massage therapy became one of the most effective tools for helping me manage pain, improve mobility, and recover from the physical demands of an active lifestyle.
Experiencing those benefits firsthand changed my perspective. I realized that massage wasn’t just about relaxation—it was about healing, recovery, and helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies.
Those experiences inspired me to become a massage therapist so I could help others the same way massage helped me. Whether someone is dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, managing muscle tension, or simply looking to move and feel better, I understand how much of a difference therapeutic touch can make.
I’m grateful every day that I get to help people find relief, restore balance, and improve their quality of life.
✨ Sometimes the things that help us heal become the path we’re meant to follow.
