Mind Body Soul Journey Love and Light! When opening Mind Body Soul, love and light were the two words we used to describe our vision of bringing a shop to Newport, Oregon.

A shop with a happy and inviting environment that promotes and provides the tools needed to live happily My name is Vannesa. I was born in Mexico City, a big, colorful, magical place! I was raised by a warm hearted, small family with lovely traditions. My former education was in Industrial Business Management, but I was always drawn to the metaphysic side of life, and was always curious about what lies beyond our eyes ability to see. I discovered I was an empath when I was very little. Deep Aztec spirituality runs through my veins and soul. However, my life course led me to running international hostels and being in executive roles at massive companies where I could use my intuition and adept abilities in social connection. An unexpected, and life altering event, briefly rocketed my life into a place where I was hanging onto life by a thread. This resulted in experiencing a deeper connection with God and the Universe than even I could have ever imagined. After recovering, life eventually led me to connect with amazing teachers, including connection with Ascended Masters and Guides from other dimensions and realms. I have accomplished a Master of Masters Degree in Angelic Reiki, Past Life regressions, Theta healing, mediumship, Assertiveness Coaching, Master Fairies Meditation Practitioner, and Oracle Cards Trainer, Master in Animal Communication and have the tools and techniques to create Zen spaces for businesses and homes to improve the harmony of the entire place and habitants These skills have given me the opportunity to lead workshops in Mexico, Oregon and California. I have also been a staff member for Charles Virtue in Mexico. In 2016 seeds of love led me to America. Embarking on a brand new and completely different life, culture, language, and experiences in the United States. Now I call Newport, Oregon my new home. This also has led me to seek further development and skills related to intuitive healing, life coaching, speaking, and offering hope from my soul to yours. I look forward to continuing to fill my insatiable curiosity for learning as well as sharing the God given gifts that have been given to me in times of joy and challenge, as well as happiness and pain. I am very blessed and happy about the support I have found in the beautiful Oregon Coast. I feel more than joyful with the opportunity to had my practice at Mind Body Soul (former name),in Nye Beach, close to the healing ocean in a beautiful and spiritual shop which has been the place that opened the doors to me to grow and develop and gave me a boss that I can also call a best friend, after almost 4 years of working at MBS, God granted me the opportunity to own the shop and my beautiful Mom and I became business partners, we are a great team!! Now, our goal is to keep nourishing Mind Body Soul Journey and celebrate everyone’s spirituality creating a one and unique Universal Love & healing Language where we can all fit, no matter the language barriers or beliefs, providing tools for everyone’s unique awakening ✨✨

Dear MBSJ family, we have something important to share…

For some strange reason, our page was hacked again.
Thanks to my husband, we were able to recover it — but unfortunately, I can no longer be added as an admin.

After much reflection and connection with the Divine, we’ve decided to let go of this old page.
It's not the first time it's been compromised, and we feel it no longer aligns with the energy of this new chapter.

💛 Yes, it’s scary to release something we built with so much love over the years… but we know that guided changes always bring beautiful new blessings.

So this July, we begin our transition to a brand new MBSJ page — created with fresh energy, clear intention, and all the love that defines our work.

Archangel Michael's presence (light a white candle in his name)

Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz, Hematite

Orange essential oil

Cinnamon stick

White flowers

Incense

A small bell

🧘‍♀️ Step by step:

Open your windows. Play soft music or a frequency for protection.

Place the crystals near the door, and light the incense.

Add a few drops of orange oil to your hands, breathe in deeply, and set the intention to clear your home.

Walk through your space with the cinnamon stick, incense and bell. Say out loud:
“Archangel Michael, protect this home. Remove all stagnant, negative, or fear-based energy. Fill this space with love, peace, and divine light.”

Leave the white flowers in a small bowl of water near your altar or front door.

🌬️ End with gratitude and ring the bell three times.

1. Find a Comfortable Position:

I am a proud Mexican woman
I am a medicine woman.
I am a woman of light.
But light does not stay silent in the face of darkness.
Spirituality is not silence when the soul of the people is hurting.

Today, my heart aches for what is happening in Los Angeles.
To see our people criminalized, beaten, treated without humanity…
I cannot witness that in silence.

I am a migrant.
And no, we are not criminals.
We are not the problem.
The people attacked were not dangerous.
They were mothers. They were children. They were stories. They were heart.

When you’ve crossed a border,
when you’ve wept leaving your homeland,
when you’ve worked until your bones ache…
you cannot stay silent.

I don’t speak from hate.
I speak from prayer.
I speak from the lineage that walks with me.
Because my path as a healer is also a path of truth.
