� We would like to thank and congratulate our Occupational Therapist Maria for being this week's winner of the Leading With the Heart Award for Bel-Aire Center! Maria is one of our most valued team members and she always provides our residents with exceptional care and treatment! Maria is so kind and compassionate and she always has such a positive attitude. She is a key part in the residents' success and we cannot thank her enough for what she does for our residents and the community! THANK YOU MARIA!!!! �

We have had an amazing week here at Bel-Aire Center celebrating Skilled Nursing Care Week! Our residents put together gift baskets for all of our nurses filled with goodies. We also had our Casino Night this week, which was a lot of fun! We would like to congratulate our Scheduler/LNA, Madison, on being our Quarter 1 Heartbeat Award winner. She received a check from our Administrator, Tony! We would like to take the time to thank all of our Nurses and Aides for all the care that they provide our residents. They are the backbone of the facility, and we would be nothing without all of them! THANK YOU ALL! �

We would like to thank and congratulate our Scheduler, Suzy on being this week's winner of the Leading With the Heart Award for Bel-Aire Center! Suzy has been a crucial part of the Bel-Aire team for over 30 years! She always treats the residents with kindness and compassion, and she is such an awesome person to work with! Suzy is hilarious and she brings such a positive energy to the facility. As some of you may know, this is Suzy's last week at Bel-Aire. She will be moving on to begin a new adventure and we wish you nothing but happiness and success! We will miss you so much Suzy but we are so happy for you! Thank you for all that you have done for this facility and the community! �

We would like to congratulate and thank our DON Casey for being this week's winner of the Leading with the Heart Award at Bel-Aire Health and Rehab! As some of you may know, Casey will be moving on from Bel-Aire to begin a new journey in her career in nursing. Casey might be young but she has a tremendous amount of experience in the industry and she truly leads with the heart. She has always treated her residents and staff with respect and kindness, and she is an amazing person to work with. Thank you Casey, for all the years of service that you have committed to our facility and the community! We will miss you dearly but we wish you all the success and happiness in the world! Anyone would be lucky to have you! �

We would like to congratulate our Administrator Rose Mary on being this week's winner of the Leading With Heart Award for Bel-Aire Health and Rehab! ��

We would also like to thank and congratulate Rose Mary on her retirement! As some of you may know, Rose Mary will retire this Friday, May 2nd. She has been the leader of this facility for more than three and a half decades, and she has given her life to the residents and our community. She has always treated both residents and staff with the utmost respect, and compassion. She is the epitome of professionalism and we have been so lucky to have her as our Leader.

Thank you, Rose Mary, for all that you have done throughout the years as our leader, and for what you continue to do for our community. We will miss you dearly, but we wish you and all of your family nothing but the best!

Enjoy retirement! You deserve it more than anyone! �

Taylor is one of the warmest and kindest people you will ever meet. She always treats our residents and staff with the utmost respect; she provides such great care to anyone she is responsible for. Amy is one of the hardest-working people we have as staff at Bel-Aire, and it shows when you see the care she provides our residents! She always has a smile on her face and has such a positive attitude. We are so lucky to have her as part of the team! Our residents adore her!

Marie has been a vital member of the team here at Bel-Aire for decades, and she is one of the most hard-working employees that we have. Marie always brings joy and happiness to our residents, and she is one of the kindest people you will ever meet.

She comes to work every day with an amazing attitude and treats everyone with the respect, tenderness, warmth, and compassion that they deserve! Our residents and staff appreciate all that you do for us here at Bel-Aire and in the community.
