Just got back from the Oceanview Seniors parade, where the floats were as over-the-top as our love for fried dough! 🎉 Nothing says small-town pride like handing out candy and aiming for the kids’ mouths instead of the pavement. Honestly, I’m pretty sure some of those kids have advanced candy-catching skills worthy of the Olympics.

Today was such a fun beach day with our residents! ☀️🌊 Even though the skies were a bit overcast, the salty air and picnic vibes made it all worth it. Huge shoutout to the mobility mats that made it safe and easy for everyone to stroll on the sand and soak up the beach atmosphere! 🏖️ Nothing like enjoying nature with good company and delicious snacks. What a fantastic afternoon! The residents enjoyed some much-deserved pampering with mini facials. There’s nothing quite like that feeling of soft, glowing skin 🌟💆‍♀️. The atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet, with mellow music wrapping us in relaxation 🎶. It was the perfect little escape! Can’t wait for the next pampering session!

Just another day living the dream! 🍕✨ Decided to spice up the grey skies with some pizza therapy, candy testing, and… glass blowing? 🎨💨 Because what says ‘fun outing’ like trying not to look like a melted marshmallow next to a 2000°F furnace? Some may say I’m a “hot mess,” but I prefer to think of myself as an artistic masterpiece waiting to happen. 🙌 And the icing on the cake? We had our first "Dads Poker Afternoon," where the only thing thicker than the smoke from the hot wings was the tension over who bluffed their way to the pot. Nothing brings a family together quite like a friendly showdown of blackjack, bad dad jokes, and questionable dance moves fueled by Coronas! 😂💃🍗

Today’s craft time was a hit – we made "potheads"! 🌱🪴 Clearly, our artistic skills have reached new heights... or maybe we just got a little too high on laughter! 😂 Every pot was a bowl full of giggles. Who knew dirt could hold so much joy? Let’s just say, if we open a pothead gallery, we might need to wear construction helmets for all the ideas exploding! 💥✨
