Faith Community Health Network

Faith Community Health Network is the only charitable pharmacy in Northern Kentucky providing free medications to uninsured residents in need.

Faith Community Pharmacy, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit that currently serves clients in Northern Kentucky. We see clients 2 days a week in Florence and visit 4 different outreach locations to deliver medication to or clients with transportation hardships. Clients must have a referral from their physician and meet predetermined guidelines to enter our program. Our mission is to meet at least 80% of our clients' medication needs and keep our clients healthy so that they can better provide for themselves and/or their families.

We are excited to share a sneak peek of the Faith Community Clinic, opening this March as Northern Kentucky’s first full-time free clinic. This clinic (located in the same building as the pharmacy) will help more individuals and families access the care they need and we cannot wait to welcome patients soon. Students play a vital role in supporting the work of Faith Community Pharmacy. Interns from the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy work directly with our pharmacists and patients to help ensure each pharmacy experience is professional, thoughtful, and patient-centered. Gateway College students support our operations by sorting, deblistering, and processing repository medications, while students from local high schools assist wherever additional support is needed. Their dedication and commitment make it possible for us to continue serving our community effectively. We are grateful for their contributions.
