ZECCA Genealogy Searching for the Surname Zecca that were born in Parma. Italy. Parents were Angelo Zecca & Merina Marchini. Several children sailed to the US. Can you help?

I am looking for any information on Louis Gino Zecca, lived in NYC. At the age of 61, I realized my father was not! DNA testing proved that I have no blood relationship to the surname Spinola. After hiring a DNA Genealogist and a year of tracing my DNA, it has come to light that I am the son of:

uld have been at a photo studio, cafe or lounge in the Queens, NY or NY, NY area. Unfortunately, there is no one alive on my entire side of the family to ask if anything was known about situation as all have passed. I am trying to get any information I can from the Zecca side, but I keep coming up to walls.

Unfortunately, the letter was never picked-up at the post office, I will try to resend the letter regular parcel post now.
