π Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Effective Immediately)
We regret having to make this announcement, but due to a recent increase in last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hoursβ notice) and no-shows, we will now be strictly enforcing our cancellation and no-show policy.
β’ Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursβ notice
Will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
β’ No-call / No-show appointments
Will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service, and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows do not provide enough time for our service providers to fill those time slots, resulting in lost income for our team and our small business.
Moving forward, we will require that all current and new clients provide a credit card to be placed on file and will only be charged if these instances occur.
We truly value your time and always strive to be punctual and prepared for your appointment. We kindly ask that you value our time in return, as this is our livelihood and how we support our families.
