Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) helps participants recognize and respond to mental health or substance use-related crises by learning how to identify risk factors and warning signs and developing effective strategies for helping someone in need.

This FREE training is a blended learning course. Learners complete a 2-hour, self-paced online course, and participate in a 4.5- to 5.5-hour, Instructor-led training in-person.
