Today is the first class in this gentle yoga series at the FTNS Studio in Newport. This class is appropriate for beginners and those wanting to refine their practice. Modifications using props will be taught in this class. I will also teach you some anatomy so that you will understand how yoga poses and movement can help you feel better in your body. Join me on Tuesdays at 2pm for the next 6 weeks. Drop ins are welcome 😊
