Reiki can help you achieve your goals!
Now is the perfect time to focus on growth and transformation! Ready to embrace new opportunities and set meaningful goals? Achieving any goal is easier when surrounded by the loving and harmonious energy of Reiki! Try the following exercise to empower your goal:
1. Write your name on a piece of paper or note card, and write down a name for your goal, or a description of it. If dates are involved, write them down as well.
2. Place the paper or card in your hand and draw all three of the Usui Reiki II symbols in the air above the paper or card and give it Reiki for 20 minutes or more each day. If you have Reiki I, then simply send Reiki while holding the card or paper intending the energy flow and empower your goal.
3. Carry the card or paper with you wherever you go, giving it Reiki whenever you have a spare moment. Continue to actively work to achieve your goal.
As you do this, you'll find everything will be working better! If the goal is in harmony with your highest good, you will achieve it!
