Sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees. So today I took a step back remembered why I removed an old stump and parked exactly where I knew I belonged…progress isn’t get everything you want but knowing what you want and finding a way to get it… even eventually. Tms and Spravato journey are a lot like this… You have to trust something you don’t see at first. When you finally get there… you hardly believe you lived how you did! Sometimes improvements are parking on the grass other times it’s a whole parking lot of happiness. Either way it worked. Time and the right moment.

I love this treatment. I’m happy to help my friends . Tms is like a mental hug. It’s the squeeze a person needs to get out of their funk. Not only does Tms wake up the brain it makes it work harder and better! Just like hitting the gym for cardiovascular health this strengthens your brain and helps treat and prevent further illness. it’s not a stand alone intervention the brain connects to the body and so one must take a whole health approach to wellness.
