Happy ! 🌍

Our residents had so much fun getting our herb garden started. Everyone had the chance to plant different seeds and we are so excited to watch them grow! It was a wonderful afternoon getting our hands in the dirt and talking about ways to help our beautiful planet.

Complete Care at Barn Hill had the pleasure of sponsoring and attending the Stillwater Township Seniors 70’s Disco Party! 🕺

This was a wonderful evening filled with great music, good food and even better company—plus, some super cool dance moves. From classic hits that had everyone singing along to conversations that sparked new friendships, it was a reminder of how powerful community can be. Events like this aren’t just fun, they're about creating spaces where seniors feel seen, valued, and connected.

Thank you to the Stillwater Township Recreation Commission for hosting such a wonderful event. We are stronger for our seniors when we work together and are proud to support moments like this that bring people closer.

Paulette is heading home 👏
Yesterday, after three weeks of hard work and determination, team members lined the hall as Paulette made her way down the red carpet to ring the bell. This was a true celebration for someone who came in needing care and left stronger, steadier, and with renewed confidence. We are honored to have been part of her healing journey and wish her all the best.

Today is National Healthcare Decisions Day

This day is a reminder that your voice matters, especially when it comes to your health. Afterall, it is . Take time to talk with your loved ones, make your wishes known, and put your care preferences in writing. Planning ahead isn’t just smart, it’s an act of care. Here are five tips to help you have the right conversations.

1) You don't have to talk about everything, to everyone, all at once. The conversation of care should be an ongoing one as care journeys change.

2) Be patient. The idea of talking about healthcare directives can be overwhelming at first. Start off with small, quick conversations to get the ball rolling, and the longer, in-depth conversations will follow.

3) You don't have to lead the whole conversation. Allowing your loved ones to share their thoughts and concerns during these discussions is crucial. They may suggest something you hadn't yet considered.

4) Nothing you say is permanent. You can change your mind as often as you would like, but it starts with having conversations.

5) You may learn that your loved ones don't agree with your plans and wishes, and that's okay! The important thing is that you are having these conversations now and that you continue having them. This will ensure your loved ones will know your choices and follow through with them.
