Welcome your Monday with intention and mindful presence. In this class, we slow down to explore each posture fully, focusing on alignment, breath, drishti, and core engagement. Inspired by traditional Ashtanga elements, we’ll break down postures, sometimes explore pranayama, and build body awareness. Occasionally we will incorporate weights for strengthening intentional parts of the body. This class offers space to deepen your practice with patience and clarity, leaving you refreshed and focused for the week ahead.
