Xpress Wellness Urgent Care provides pediatric and adult care for non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries on a walk-in basis. We are open seven days a week and offer urgent care, sports medicine, emergency care and occupational medicine. Each medical center features private exam rooms, a triage room, a procedure room and is equipped with computerized radiology services, lab services, diagnostic

testing and EKG on site. Hours of service
Monday – Saturday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Sunday 1 p.m. – 7p.m. Check in online

1️⃣ Keep ears dry: Help prevent moisture buildup by using earplugs or a swim cap. A dry ear is a happy ear!
2️⃣ Over-the-counter drops: Call us for specific ear drops to help clear up infection and reduce swelling. Follow instructions carefully for best results.
3️⃣ Warm compress: Soothe the pain by applying a warm compress to the affected ear. Comfort and relief at its finest!
4️⃣ Stay away from water activities: While recovering, it's best to take a break from swimming and water sports to give those ears time to heal. Patience pays off!
