Accura HealthCare is an Iowa based healthcare company that manages and operates 32 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, 13 assisted living centers, and 1 independent center. In addition, Accura chooses not to be referenced as a corporate office, but rather a Resource Center. The lower an employee is on the chart (thus having more leadership) the more responsibility they have to be a resource to those above them.
Accura’s organizational philosophy creates an upside-down triangle that is reflected in the company's logo. Also visible within the triangle of the logo is one person caring for another; this represents the meaning of the company name. "Accura" is Latin, meaning to take care of or to give attention to.
