New Choice Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC

New Choice Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC We help middle aged adults return to and maintain their physically active lifestyles that they love! All physical therapy is not the same.

At New Choice Physical Therapy & Wellness, we help middle aged adults in the
Newton-Conover and surrounding areas return to and maintain their physically active lifestyles, allowing them to continue being healthy and doing what they love, without relying on pain medications, unnecessary expensive surgeries and tests, and/or frequent medical office visits. (Are all “doctors” the same? Dentists, tea

chers, surgeons, etc?) If you’ve experienced frustrations of being passed between different therapists (or assistants, or techs) in a traditional large PT clinic, and feel that your needs were not met and/or problems not resolved, then we would like the opportunity to help you reach your goals. We are an out of network provider of physical therapy and wellness services, which allows us the flexibility required to put all of our clients’ needs first, without being limited by health insurance regulations, rules and restraints. We provide one on one interventions with your same therapist each and every visit. Patients /clients are seen in an office near downtown Newton, or can be seen at their home, place of business, or place of recreational activity (e.g., golf course, etc) with a concierge model of care delivery. Lynette Inscoe, PT, MSPT, OCS, is the primary therapist and owner at New Choice Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC. Lynette has been practicing physical therapy for over 32 years, since 1989, primarily focusing most of that time in musculoskeletal assessment and intervention. She has maintained Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) since 1997. She is a skilled orthopedic manual therapist and is an excellent communicator when teaching patients / clients about the details of their assessment, treatment plan and therapeutic exercises, helping patients / clients achieve their goals. Call to speak directly with Lynette Inscoe, PT, to discuss your concerns and to set up an appointment for initial consultation.

I saw that a good friend is dealing with the plantar fasciitis nightmare. I did this quick informal video on treatment of plantar fasciitis a couple years ago ....it's just a start, as I can help much more in person where I can identify the specific deficits that need to be addressed.

I apologize for the broken up video (2 parts).... I'm very limited with my tech skills (but, I make up for it with my PT skills 😉).

Don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions or would like to schedule a time to meet. Initial visits, aka Discovery Visits, are free! I offer wide flexibility with appointment times.
