In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Richard “Rich” Borucki, her sister Terry Sanford, her daughter Tammy L Flow, and her granddaughter, Tamara A Flow.
She left behind a big family to cherish and honor her memory, which includes her daughter, Pamela Riley of Portsmouth, VA. As a member of Tri-City Baptist Church, Betty was a devoted Christian, whose favorite saying was “God’s got me.” She wanted to thank Judy Smith for her love and guidance with her walk in faith.
To everyone who knew Betty, knew she could sometimes be ornery and stubborn, but she was so full of Love and unending Strength. With her undeniable faith, and against all odds, she and God defeated Lung Cancer. This faith willed her through her daily life until He called her home. Before that moment arrived, Betty made sure that everyone knew just how much she loved them. She told us not to worry, that she was going Home with Jesus. We love you Mom, Sister and Friend.
