National Phlebotomy Certification Organization "Providing National Phlebotomy Certification through competence testing!" We provide national phlebotomy certification through competence testing.

Examinee's are tested in two areas, knowledge of universal phlebotomy standards (written) and clinical demonstration of universal phlebotomy procedures. Examinee's are allowed (2) hours for the written exam and 20 minutes for the clinical portion of the examination. Once certified the examinee must complete a total of 12 (CEU'S) continuing education units annually along with the recertification fees.
