Yesterday we celebrated 2 years of Peaceful Remedy Spa with a ribbon cutting from the Newton Chamber of Commerce, and I can’t help but reflect on why I started this in the first place.

I have always believed that wellness must be whole wellness — not just physical health, and not just mental health — but the beautiful balance of both. We can’t thrive when only one is taken care of. In my therapy work, I saw how deeply the mind affects the body, and the body affects the mind. If we want real healing, real confidence, and real transformation, we must care for both.

So I created a space where you can heal, relax, renew, and rebuild—inside and out.
That’s why this spa is a blend of everything that supports full wellness:
