Every challenge is an Opportunity in disguise
CrossFit Affirmation's existence was made possible due to combination of a lifelong dream yet unfulfilled coupled with a perfectly timed tragedy. On March 1st 2017 Cedardale Health and Fitness suffered a catastrophic fire and burnt to the ground along with CrossFit Cedardale; the crossfit gym that I operated for 3 years. We lost almost everything. What remained was a burning desire to own and operate my very own CrossFit gym along with 120 members who needed a place to call home. After over 6 months of searching the Universe finally saw fit to grace us with the perfect opportunity to create something great yet again. CrossFit Affirmation now occupies 4000sf of a brand new construction in the beautiful town of Newton, NH just 10 minutes from down town Haverhill and only a few miles from both major highways. Our members enjoy an elegant balance of world class programming, an attentive and intuitive coaching staff, and a whole bunch of fitness all while basking in a sea of support and encouragment from our amazing community.
