This is a practice about paying attention to unexpected delights.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, center your heart and slowing your breathing.

Remember something that surprised you with delight or wonder, something small but that you remember to this day…the rainbow that came out of nowhere, the first smile from a tiny infant, a line in a song or poem that caught your breath, anything that you remember that surprised you with delight.

Take a few more deep breaths, savoring that moment of delight.

Smile.

Open your eyes, and be open for unexpected wonders today.

🔥 3 Rituals to Master Surrender (Starting Today)

🌟 1. Future Gratitude (The Roxie Nafousi Method)

Every morning, take out a journal — nothing fancy, just something you can fall in love with — and start by writing:

"Thank you for my thriving business."
"Thank you for my soulmate connection."
"Thank you for vibrant health."

Feel it as if it’s already here.

Smile as you write it.

Let your heart swell with gratitude for a future that already exists in the field, waiting for you to align.

This simple daily practice wires your body to believe — and when your body believes, the Universe responds.

🌟 2. Bold Action + Radical Release (The John Lee Approach)

Every day, take one bold, scary, courageous action toward your dream.
Send the email.
Launch the product.
Ask for the introduction.

But then — and this is crucial — release the outcome.

Say to yourself:

"I plant the seed. I trust the harvest."

Because farmers don't sit around digging up the soil every five minutes to see if the seeds are growing.

They plant, water, trust — and know.

🌟 3. Daily Energy Reset (Inspired by Jeffrey Allen)

Find a quiet place.
Sit still.
Close your eyes.

Feel for any tension in your body — any clenching around "when will it happen?"

Breathe golden light into that tension.
Exhale the fear.

Imagine each exhale dissolving layers of resistance.

With each breath, come back to that sacred knowing:

"It’s already on its way."

You don’t need to hustle the Universe.
You just need to stay open.

You Don’t Grieve Just Once

Grief isn’t a single moment. It doesn’t arrive, say its piece, and leave. Grief stays. It lingers in the quiet, waiting to remind you that love and loss are forever entwined.

You grieve not just once but every time you wake to another day without them. You feel it when a song plays, when a memory surfaces, when their favorite chair sits empty.

Grief doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it whispers softly, and other times, it crashes into you like a storm, taking your breath away. It’s a tidal wave that pulls you under just as you think you’ve found your footing.

There’s no “getting over” this kind of loss. There’s no final goodbye to the ache it brings. Instead, you learn to carry it—to live alongside the pain and let it shape who you are.

Be kind to yourself, and to others who carry this invisible weight. Grief is a journey that reshapes your world daily. It’s not about “moving on”; it’s about moving forward with the love that still remains.

You don’t grieve just once. You grieve every day, in moments big and small, for a lifetime.

Because love never dies—it simply takes on a different form.

For everyone navigating this storm: You are not alone.

January is a month of duality, a bridge between reflection of the past and your ambition or vision for the future. So, to step into the future with our eyes open, we must first acknowledge the power of our past. One we created, as well as the person we have become in the process. Every milestone, every challenge overcome, has shaped the person you are today. Celebrate them fully—they are your foundation. With the past as your anchor and teacher, you have the clarity to design what’s next. Visioning is about balance: honoring the past while boldly stepping into the future. As you enter this new chapter, honor the journey and never cease to dream. Here’s to a year of growth, possibility, and purpose.

“Everyone is born with a light inside of them. In our early years, it is switched off because we are unaware that it exists, but it turns on once we recognize and awaken to it.

Many people marvel at other people's lights, not realizing the light that exists within themselves and that the purpose of other people shining their light was never to distract them from discovering their own light but to remind them of the light that has always existed within them. This light may be found and switched on at any point in time; it is simply a matter of them awakening to their own worthiness, beauty and magnificence.

And so may you let the light you see in others inspire you to find the light within, for though you may admire the light that exists in others, and their unique expression of it, it is the same light that exists within all.”
