The Newton High School Choir filled our home with beautiful Christmas carols just after lunch, their harmonies setting the perfect festive tone. We carried the joy into the afternoon by sipping “white chocolate hot chocolate” while watching White Christmas together.

We had an unforgettable lineup of visitors yesterday: a friend, two daughters, and Ranger the goat, who trotted in from Rosie the Rabbiter. Even with all the laughter and goat mischief, we still made time for Bingo with Chaplain Greg.

Our home felt especially cozy today. With a grandson visiting and building with Lego on the floor and a furry companion curled up contentedly at a resident's feet, we settled in to watch A Christmas Story. Festive servings of red strawberries and green grapes made the afternoon even brighter as we enjoyed the glow of holiday decorations and the sound of shared laughter.
