Myth vs Fact…

Myth: Stress is directly related to the hours you work.

Fact: The more hours you work, the more stress you will have. This is simply not true. Those who love what they do will have less stress despite working more hours than those who may dread going in to work. The difference in stress levels depends on one’s attitude, rather than on the hours worked. Again, same stressor, different attitude.
Try to love what you do for a living, and if you don’t, it may be time to seriously consider a change.

Did you know avocados are vitamin powerhouses? Or contain more fiber than other fruits? Avocados contain a heart-healthy 5 grams of monounsaturated (“good”) fats to help support a healthy cholesterol. One serving of avocado offers 11% of the daily value for fiber to improve digestion and support blood levels. Although most of the calories in an avocado come from fat, don’t shy away! Avocados are full of healthy, beneficial fats that help to keep you full and satiated.

Today " #立春".
"Spring Commences" is the first solar term of the twenty-four solar terms, and the four seasons have restarted from then on. The so-called "On the first day of spring, all the grasses return to buds." All things in nature begin to recover.
Health tips:
☝️ Comb your hair a hundred times a day. In spring, the natural yang qi sprouts and rises, and the human body’s yang qi also has the characteristics of conforming to nature and rising upwards and outwards. Combing your hair a hundred times a day is beneficial to promote stagnation, relieve qi and blood, and communicate yang.
✌️ Eat more leeks, radishes, red dates and miscellaneous grains. In spring, the liver is prone to become stronger and the spleen is weak, so you should pay more attention to the digestive function and eat some sweet and divergent products.
👌 "Spring cover", don't lose clothes too early. In the spring, the temperature just warmed up, the body's yang energy began to spread out, and the skin pores were relaxed and open. At this time, the wind and cold are most likely to be felt. Therefore, it is still necessary to keep warm and avoid sweating.
After the beginning of spring, whether it is food tonic or medicinal tonic, the amount of tonic should be gradually reduced. Eat more green fresh vegetables and sprouts to adapt to the seasonal characteristics of the spring season.

Just received a review from google.

I was in a automobile accident 3 years ago. I tried western medicine doctors and physical therapy to recover from my accident but still had back pain until I went to Dr. Yau-chin Yang. I woke up every morning for the past 3 years with severe back pain every day until I went to him for my first acupuncture treatment. I used to have trouble sleeping because of how much pain my back was in. It affected my work routine and my daily life. After my first treatment I had no back pain and was able to wake up with no pain. For the first time since the accident I have been pain free in my back. I am very thankful and amazed at how well the treatment works. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
