It’s hard to believe it’s already been one full year in my Refuah 14 space 🩶

Finding this location truly felt like an answered prayer in a season when I needed it most. I’m so incredibly grateful to my landlord and his family — they’ve been such genuine support to me throughout this first year of building Refuah.

A heartfelt thank you as well to Cockerham Multi Service for helping me move in and begin this chapter — that day marked the start of something so special.

And of course… to every single client and supporter who has chosen Refuah — thank you for trusting me, supporting a small business, and allowing this healing space to grow ✨

When tension isn’t fully resolved, your nervous system returns to what feels familiar — even if “familiar” is tight, inflamed, and guarded.

✨ A little life + business update from me… ✨

I want to share something close to my heart. While Refuah Masa Travel is launching soon, I also want everyone to know that Refuah 14 Massage & Bodywork is alive, thriving, and still my foundation 🤍

Refuah Masa Travel is simply a sister company — an extension of my healing work. It’s also becoming part of my teaching journey through massage and travel.

I’m scheduled to be taking teacher training courses to teach massage, and I’ll be using travel as a way to continue learning, experiencing new modalities, and connecting with practitioners around the world — all so I can bring that knowledge back to my clients and future students.

I’ll also be hosting wellness + massage retreats, creating intentional spaces for rest, learning, and growth 🌿✈️

Nothing is changing with Refuah 14 — same healing hands, same spa services, same commitment to your care. This is simply an expansion of how I serve:
