This is a friendly reminder that Senior TLC - Hickory will be closed on Friday, October 3rd for our annual All Staff Training Day.

Our on-call nurse will be available for emergencies and can be reached at 828-468-3980 (option 2).

Hours of operation will resume as normal Monday, October 6th.

💜✨ What an incredible night! This past Monday, we had the honor of hosting an evening with Molly Grantham in support of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s—and together, we raised $1,071 through ticket sales and raffle prizes! 🎟️🎉

A huge thank you to you Molly, for your support and dedication to this community!

And thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and supported this important cause. Every dollar brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. 💜

National Senior Citizens Day Celebration at Senior TLC - Hickory!

On Thursday, August 21st, we celebrated our amazing participants with a fun-filled day of carnival activities🎉

From outdoor water games 💦 to indoor activities 🎯, a photo booth 📸, and sweet ice cream treats from Shannon’s Ice Cream Cart 🍦, the day was full of smiles and laughter. Participants even enjoyed colorful balloon creations from Dylan Rowe, Twist the Balloon Artist 🎈

Our participants bring so much joy, s***k, and laughter to our center every day. It’s our passion to provide the best care and help enhance their overall quality of life. ❤️

It may be a delayed post, but the memories from this special day are too good not to share!

Smiles, Snuggles & So Much Love at Senior TLC – Hickory! 💙🐾

Our participants light up whenever Pet Therapy is on the daily schedule! 🐶✨ The soft snuggles and comforting love these therapy dogs bring make such a big difference in everyone’s day.

We are blessed to have three wonderful dogs who rotate each month to visit our day center—bringing joy, calm, and connection. Truly, nothing beats time with these furry friends! 🥰
