Patients who are released from the hospital after a short stay often are sent directly home. Congress recently passed legislation that will provide Home-Hospital care reimbursed by CMS for more than 2.4 million elderly and disabled citizens. This is a Win Win for everyone.

Just spoke at a symposium on patient generated health data , information on our vitals that we collect right on our iPhones that sit in our pocket. Sensors on these andmany devices including hats, rings, t-shirts allow all of us to better monitor our health and wirelessly transmit to our healthcare providers. ,, care
