Did You Know? That “Pins and Needles” feeling could be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

That annoying numbness, tingling, or “pins and needles” in your hand may not be random at all. It could be a sign of carpal tunnel syndrome, a condition caused by pressure on the median nerve as it passes through the wrist.

What makes it especially tricky is that symptoms often become more noticeable at night, sometimes even waking people from sleep.

When your hands are trying to tell you something, it is worth paying attention. Knowing the signs early can help you get the right support before those symptoms start interfering with everyday tasks.
