Therapist Tip Tuesday
Legs up the wall stretch
Our therapist, Jen Scully, of our Woburn location is always recommending this stretch to her clients. Its a simple stretch you can do at home at the end of a long day to help those tight muscles.
Jen recommends to hold the stretch for 5-10 minutes. This will help the stretch work longer. She does this at home herself and she says it is perfect for anyone who doesn't really enjoy stretching as you can do something else at the same time.
