This Mirror Monday reminds us that hope, healing, and self-worth go hand in hand. Our staff continue to walk alongside our clients as they rediscover and redefine their worth and their futures each day. We are so blessed to not only help people in their recovery journeys, but to help change their mindset and build self-confidence as they take those steps!

So proud of this partnership between STAND KS and the Harvey County Health Department!

This year on Oct 1st, Halstead City Council approved a new policy to keep their parks and recreational spaces tobacco-free! This non-punitive policy promotes community health by reducing exposure to secondhand smoke, as well as promoting cultural change. These signs are now posted in all of Halstead's parks and public spaces.

Cleaning the air and kindling healthier habits, one park at a time! What local park do you think should join the movement next?
