This is a good stretch! I don’t really have any sciatic pain, but I tried this and it was a nice stretch. So, if you are suffering with sciatic issues, this seems like a really great self help technique. Trigger Point therapy and Massage can greatly help to relieve the pain as well. Don’t be in pain book a massage!

A dear friend gave this to me last night over dinner with friends. I love it! It sums up the past year of my life. I recently finished a year of leadership classes at my church and also recently opened my own business. It’s been an exciting time for me. God is teaching me and helping me so much!
