Today, on Holocaust Remembrance Day, we pause to remember the lives lost and honor the survivors who carry history with strength, resilience, and courage.
Visiting Angels of Newton is proud to recognize Schechter Holocaust Services, part of the Jewish Family & Children's Service of Greater Boston, for their extraordinary work supporting aging Holocaust survivors in our community. Through home care, case management, social connection, and access to essential resources, they help survivors age with dignity and remain connected.
Karen and Larry, owners of Visiting Angels Newton, were honored to present $5,000 to Schechter Holocaust Services on behalf of The Visiting Angels Foundation, helping provide much-needed support to seniors who may otherwise be on their own.
We remember. We honor. We stand with our community. ๐ค

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY:
โThe office staff is great, and they call to check on me from time to time. The caregiver and I are a match made in heaven. She just seems to know exactly what I need without even asking me.โ
โMy mother has some issues with her age and memory loss. She is getting excellent care from Visiting Angels, though, and I am able to go to work every day and know that my mother is being well taken care of.โ
