Good morning, community

I want to start with an apology for being quiet lately. Over the past few months, my career has taken up a significant portion of my life. As I wrap up my 18-year journey and assist with the transition of a merger, I’ve found it challenging to hold space for others.

Thankfully, the chaos is subsiding, and I’m excited to open up more time to give back to you. For September and October, I’m offering personalized 1:1 sessions for just $55. These sessions are designed to help you process any anxiety, stress, or past trauma that may be trapped in your body. You can choose to meet in person or virtually, depending on what suits you best.

I’m also continuing my morning classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Newton Arboretum, starting at 6 AM. Once the weather changes, I’ll be hosting indoor sessions, and I can’t wait to share this new location with you!

I can hardly believe it's been a month since I shared that this wasn’t goodbye!

I'm thrilled to announce my exciting partnership with the Newton Arboretum and Botanical Gardens! 🌳 In this space, I will be bringing you a unique opportunity to connect with nature through morning classes designed to ground and inspire you.

✨ Join me most Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6 AM for a refreshing start to your day! My sessions will feature gentle movement and stretching, followed by a rejuvenating breathwork practice to set your intentions and elevate your spirit for the day ahead. 🌱 Classes are donation-based with a minimum of $10, and I'm proud to share that 40% of the proceeds will go back to supporting the Arboretum. Your contribution helps nurture this beautiful space for our community!

As of July 1, I’ll be closing my studio, but don’t worry, I’m not stepping away from breathwork. I’m simply shifting to a new direction! 🌱

Join me this summer in the park for some rejuvenating breathing and movement sessions. I can’t wait to connect with you outdoors! 🌳💨

This month, we celebrate Mental Health Awareness. Having navigated my own journey with its highs and lows with my mental health, I’d like to share some practices that have supported me during my various seasons of life.

😮‍💨 Breathwork: One of the simplest yet most effective tools for managing stress and anxiety is breathwork. Taking a few moments each day to focus on your breath can help ground you and promote relaxation. Techniques like deep breathing or the 4-7-8 method can lower your heart rate and reduce tension.

🧘‍♀️ Mindfulness and Meditation: Practicing mindfulness helps you stay present and can alleviate feelings of anxiety about the future. Consider incorporating meditation into your routine, even if it's just for a few minutes each day.

🚶‍♀️ Physical Activity: Regular exercise is a powerful stress reliever. Whether it's a brisk walk, yoga, or dancing, moving your body releases endorphins, which can boost your mood and reduce anxiety.

🌱 Connect with Nature: Spending time outdoors can have a calming effect. Nature walks, gardening, or simply sitting in a park can help clear your mind and improve your mental health.

📝 Journaling: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can be a therapeutic way to process emotions. Journaling can help you identify stressors and track your progress over time.

📱Limit Screen Time: Be mindful of your media consumption. Too much news or social media can increase anxiety. Setting boundaries around screen time can help you feel more at ease.

Discovering practices that nurture your journey is essential. It’s perfectly normal to experience a range of emotions, but when those feelings become overwhelming, seeking help is a sign of strength. Your mental health truly matters. 🤍💜
