Big news Newton Cardinals! Newton has advanced to the top 25 of the T-Mobile Friday Night 5G Lights competition. We have already locked in a $25,000 grant towards improvements within our school.

We are currently going head-to-head for the ultimate prize - a $1 million dollar football stadium upgrade, and we need your help. This competition comes down to votes!

We're competing against 24 other schools from across the country, so every daily vote for Newton counts. Here's how you can help us spread the word and win the big prize.

At times it can feel like there is so much hate and violence, it’s hard not to feel the weight of it all. I know that the relentless negativity can deeply impact our mental and emotional states, leaving many of us feeling anxious, fearful, or even hopeless. It’s crucial to acknowledge these feelings and understand that we’re not alone in this struggle.

Amidst the chaos, finding a sense of peace and grounding can seem daunting. However, I believe in the transformative power of breathwork. This practice offers a sanctuary—a way to reconnect with ourselves and cultivate inner peace. By focusing on our breath, we can release the tension and anxiety that accumulate from external turmoil, allowing us to process our emotions and find clarity.

In addition to breathwork, incorporating other practices can be incredibly helpful. Meditation can create a space for stillness and reflection, while a social media detox allows us to step back from the noise and negativity that can be overwhelming. Engaging in nature, journaling, or simply taking time for self-care can also nourish our mental well-being.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world, remember that it’s okay to take a step back and breathe. Let’s support one another in finding healing and hope, one breath at a time.

✨ This is not goodbye, it’s just see you later! ✨

As of July 1, I’ll be closing my studio, but don’t worry, I’m not stepping away from breathwork. I’m simply shifting to a new direction! 🌱

Join me this summer in the park for some rejuvenating breathing and movement sessions. I can’t wait to connect with you outdoors! 🌳💨

And for those of you who prefer one-on-one time, I’m still offering private sessions via Zoom and can accommodate in-person meetings as needed.
